My name is Naomi Lecointe and I have been in the fitness industry for over twenty years. I am very passionate about health and fitness and enjoy helping my clients reach their targets; whether it is to lose weight, improve general health, become leaner or build muscle I can devise a fitness plan to suit your lifestyle and to keep you motivated.

I work with a wide range of clients of all abilities including teenagers, older people, to mums who want to reclaim their pre-baby figures; so whether you are new to exercise or experienced I can help you to meet your targets.
